History and Detail

The hand carved Wainscott chair is an English armchair dating from the Tudor and Elizabethan periods. The chair has an ornately hand carved back. The downswept arms sit on a solid seat, turned legs and joined by stretchers. Upholstery is not included in the price. We offer an upholstery service as an extra cost option with the customer supplying the fabric. Please phone our office for a price.
